The Garrison Union Free School District in Garrison, New York, on the Hudson River, is a one-school, kindergarten through eighth grade, New York public school district. It was first founded in 1783. During the 2008-2009 school year, the District celebrated the 100th Anniversary of the building of the historic stone School House that still is the heart of the Garrison School today.
